Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak periods. Prakaash is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
