Refunds & Returns Policy

At PRÅA by Prakaash, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With tags and hygiene seals attached
• In their original packaging

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days.
Our team will arrange one of the following:

• A replacement
• A refund
• Store credit

Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items is covered by us.

Change of Mind

For refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once it reaches our returns department.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
